Erica Jett is a woman of faith, resilience, and purpose, dedicated to empowering and uplifting others. A native of Cheraw, S.C., she has spent decades mentoring, educating, and motivating individuals—both male and female—to rise above their circumstances and walk boldly into their God-given potential.

A natural leader and encourager, Erica discovered her voice and began pursuing a dream deeply rooted in her heart. For over 25 years, she has been a powerful motivational speaker, using her testimony, wisdom, and faith to inspire transformation in the lives of many.

She is an Ordained Minister of the Gospel, an Author, and a Certified Christian Counselor, where she serves as a safe place for people to share their private struggles and find healing through God’s truth. Erica holds a Certificate in Child Development from NETC and has studied Christian Ministry at More Than Conquerors College. She has also received extensive mentoring and leadership training and is an active member of Christian Women Entrepreneurs.

She recently launched Females Speaking Up, a movement designed to equip women with the confidence and boldness to level up in every area of life. Through her One-on-One Private Empowerment Training Classes, she provides deep, biblical insight to help others grow spiritually and emotionally.
